The ranking takes published 2024 visitor counts for around forty Paris sites (museums, monuments, department stores, iconic public spaces) and assigns each visitor to the geographically nearest Métro station, with no maximum distance. Heavily overlapping draws (Eiffel Tower base vs. Trocadéro photo spot, for instance) are entered as separate attractions with disjoint visitor counts, so each lands on its own station. Gauges are linear against the top score.
