Looking for a map of the Sydney metro? The full list of its stations, line by line? Or maybe the busiest station on the network or the oldest one? This page gathers everything there is to know about the Sydney metro: its 10 lines and its 185 stations, each with a page of its own.
Every line has its own page: its stations in running order, its termini, its length, its interchanges and a drawn route map. So does every station: the lines that serve it, its opening year, its yearly ridership and its district. For the record, the busiest is Central (26,317,675 passengers a year), the oldest is Ashfield (1855) and the longest is the Cumberland Line (about 65.6 km).
Want to know how well you really know them? DailyMetro asks you to guess one Sydney metro station every day, with clues for line, direction and distance. Or explore another network: New York, London, San Francisco, Chicago, Washington or Singapore.
Every station on its real position, coloured by the year it opened and sized by annual ridership. The drawing assembles itself in opening order.
